KRC Revolution Aluminum Power Steering Pump








Kennesaw, Ga. -- December 22, 2010 -- The new KRC Revolution power steering pump was devloped from the ground up as a purpose built racing component. It is not a re-labeled OEM unit. It was designed in a year-long collaborative effort between KRC and Tony Woodward, using cutting-edge computer-aided design and manufacturing technology. Its features have never before been found all in one pump:




The KRC calibrated, tunable flow curve.



The KRC spline-drive bolt-on pulleys.



Standard and High Volume (Coming Soon) pumps with flow capacity up to 4.2 gallons per minute.



9,000rpm maximum pump speed.1600psi maximum pressure relief.



Ball and roller bearings for high loads.Machined rigid mounting surfaces both front and rear.



Double 80MM bolt pattern allows selective orientation of the pump to eliminate vapor lock in hoses.



Available with left or right side outlet fitting.



Hardcoated and micro-honed piston bore for precise flow control and instantaneous pressure relief.



Large unrestricted intake flow path to prevent fluid cavitation.All internal openings are CNC ported for lowest possible turbulence.



8620 steel shaft, heat tread to 62 Rockwell for exception strength and wear characteristics.



Self-centering snout for proper alignment to dry-sump spud in positive drive applications, minimizing shaft wear.




KRC's Revolution power steering pump will be available in pulley driven, bellhousing mounted and direct drive applications.

CT525 Complete Dirt Pulley Systems



Kennesaw, Ga. -- November 25, 2009 -- KRC has expanded our line of complete pulley system for the CT525 to include new kits for dirt applications. With a slight weight adjustment, late models with a CT525 can compete against $40,000 super late model engines. KRC has CT525 kits available in a water pump only drive configuration or with a front mounted power steering pump. Alternator add-on kit is also available separately.

The water pump that comes on the CT525 has no provision for a mechanical fan to attach. KRC's kit replaces the water pump with a clockwise rotation Stewart Pro Series water pump. Also included is KRC's idler-tensioner to keep proper belt tension and prevent belt slippage when using a mechanical fan. In addition, a R-LOK crank adapter and pulley, Pro Series water pump pulley, water bypass fittings and hose kit, water pump fittings, water pump spacers, hardware and spacers and installation instructions are all included. CT525 Breather System



Kennesaw, Ga. -- August 26, 2009 -- KRC's CT525 Breather System mounts to the factory valve cover bungs. It sits at an angle allowing the oil to drain towards the non-baffled portion of the valve cover. Plus KRC has added four additional baffles inside the breather tube. CT525/LS Engine Mounts



Kennesaw, Ga. -- August 26, 2009 -- KRC's LS to SBC engine mounts will place a LS based engine into the exact same location as a Small Block Chevrolet with no changes required to your chassis. These mounts make it simple to convert to a LS based engine. All mounts are made of steel and powdercoated black. *Note: These mounts will not work with factory exhaust manifolds that come with most LS crate engines.
